Premier Performance Group, LLC's policy is to respect and protect the privacy of its users and recognize the importance of protecting the personal information it collects about its users. Premier Performance Group, LLC, would like to assure its users that this privacy policy meets the requirements of the various privacy laws and regulations, including, without limitation, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998.

YOUR USER INFORMATION

During such registration, PPG may ask for information such as, without limitation, a user’s name, electronic mail address, birth date, gender, zip code and country, and other optional information that may be particular to that registration process;

(2) PPG collects information on its users’ demographics, interests and behavior based on the information provided to PPG from the registration described in (1) above, from PPG's server log files, from surveys, from cookies (see below) and from IP addresses (see below). PPG does this to better understand and serve its users. This collected information/research is generally compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis;

(3) For reasons such as improving personalization of PPG's service, PPG might collect information about its users from other sources and add it to PPG's account information; and

(4) PPG also sometimes collects updated delivery and address information from its shippers or other sources so that PPG can correct its records and deliver or communicate more easily.

 PPG uses and/or discloses collected information in several ways, including, without limitation, primarily the following:

 (1) PPG may use electronic mail addresses or other personally identifiable information to contact users who directly communicate with PPG, to, among other things, fulfill prizes, track/verify compliance with PPG policies as well as federal, state, local and other laws, and/or to solicit editorial comments and feedback. For example, PPG may use such information to notify users that they have won a game, contest or sweepstakes or to provide a requested electronic mail newsletter or provide other requested information;

 (2) PPG may match aggregated user information with third party data in order to better serve the interests of its users;

 (3) PPG may disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe PPG's services to prospective partners, advertisers and third parties and for other lawful purposes, in order to, among other things, make better alliances and provide a better user experience on the Web Site;

 (4) PPG may use a user’s personally identifiable information for editorial purposes. For example, PPG may use information provided by a user to PPG as part of an online survey conducted by PPG;

 (5) Unless a user tells PPG that he/she would prefer not to receive electronic mail from PPG, PPG may use collected personal information to send you electronic mail about PPG's and/or other companies’ products, promotions or services. A user may choose not to provide certain information, but then that user might not be able to take advantage of many of PPG's features;

(6) In some instances, collected personal information may also be used by PPG for additional marketing and promotional purposes relating to the Web Site or other properties;

 (7) PPG may use cookies and IP addresses as set forth in more detail below; and

 (8) PPG may disclose user information to third parties when PPG has reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) PPG's rights or property, other Web Site users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. PPG may disclose user information when PPG believes in good faith that the law requires it.

PPG may use agents to carry out its activities:

PPG may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on its behalf. Examples include, without limitation, fulfilling orders, sending postal mail and electronic mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, delivering packages and providing customer service. They may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

Other than as set forth above, it is PPG's current policy not to share any personally identifiable information provided by users with other third parties, unless specified at the time of collection or with the user’s consent.

There are links to other Web sites from this Web Site that take users outside PPG's service. For example, if users "click" on a banner advertisement, the "click" takes users off the Web Site. This includes links from advertisers, sponsors, and partners that may include PPG's logo as part of a co-branding agreement. These other Web sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information and have their own privacy policies. To ensure the protection of its users’ privacy while on the Web Site, PPG will make an effort to provide a notice and a link to this privacy policy on all pages where personally identifying information is collected.

PPG DOES NOT KNOWINGLY COLLECT INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OF AGE OR YOUNGER.

PPG does not knowingly collect information from children thirteen (13) years of age or younger. If you are under thirteen (13), do not send any information about yourself to PPG, including, information like your name, address and/or electronic mail address. PPG encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to supervise their children’s activities on PPG's sites. PPG alerts parents that this Web Site features content exploring mature themes not appropriate for children. This Web Site is not a Web site directed to children under the age of 13. PPG suggests that parents consider using parental control tools available from Online services and software manufacturers that may help ensure a child friendly Online environment and help direct their children to suitable, child-oriented Web sites. Further, PPG request that all users to the Web Site that are under the age of 13 not disclose or provide any personal information on this Web Site. In the event that PPG discovers that a child under the age of 13 has provided PPG with his or her personal information, PPG will immediately delete the child’s personal information from its system.
